Hi there, I am Stephanie Romero-Ponticelli. I am a Clinical Psychologist. I have a Master's degree in Psychopedagogy, and another degree in Neuropsychology, Multiple Intelligences, and Mindfulness in Education. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Neuropsychology.
I offer in-person sessions and teleconsultations. I provide clinical support to children, adolescents, and adults using Comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which includes the following on a weekly basis:
- 1 session of individual psychotherapy
- 1 session of virtual group DBT skills training.
The skills taught include: distress tolerance skills, emotional regulation skills, interpersonal effectiveness skills, and mindfulness skills (attention and full presence).
- Telephone coaching between sessions to generalize learned skills.
